Mac Docky Dock

My Macs don't always reveal the dock when I want to see it. I also don't want to see the dock all the time. No, I don't mean a doctor...

I prefer keeping the dock hidden and only seeing it when I roll over it. Since that doesn't happen, I can become frustrated, infuriated, and need less caffeine. 

So being the brite boy I am, I found a shortcut combo -
Function + Control + F3

and voila, my dock reveals itself in all its splendor and I can use the Arrow Keys to move around and act like I'm using the Right Click.
